Haider brings entrepreneurial leadership, technical expertise, and international business development experience across Iraq and the UAE. His portfolio spans fintech, financial services, electronics, software, and global trade. As founder and leader of technology-driven ventures including Baghdad Technology Company and the Neo digital payments platform, he drives governance, digital transformation, and operational discipline across the Group. With an engineering background and an execution-focused mindset, Haider leads Shkara Group’s digital and financial vertical strategy.
Nages Karri
Nages brings over 30 years of senior international leadership and deal-making experience. A former CEO and Chairman, he has led global infrastructure, investment, and trading initiatives across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He works at the intersection of governments, corporations, and investors – structuring complex bilateral partnerships and opening new market corridors. At Shkara Global, Nages leads international expansion, managing supplier relationships across healthcare supply and industrial services, and pipeline market entry projects including performance nutrition and regional automotive distribution.

Mohammed Kanaan
Mohammed brings 28 years of international trade and logistics experience across the Middle East and Asia. A former owner of Al Sharq Al Adna Commercial Agencies in Iraq and International Sales Manager at Fuji Trading in Japan, he has built and managed cross-border supply chains at scale. At Shkara Global, Mohammed leads logistics partnerships and trade operations – with deep market knowledge across Dubai, Iraq, Egypt, Morocco, India, and Jordan. He is the primary link between Shkara’s procurement hub in Dubai and its distribution markets across the region.

Ananya Chakraborty
Ananya leads Shkara Global’s commercial development across India’s pharmaceutical and life sciences markets. She drives strategic growth by expanding supplier relationships, identifying market entry opportunities, and delivering targeted partnerships for the Group’s healthcare vertical. With a background in life sciences and postgraduate marketing training, Ananya is the primary interface between Shkara’s Dubai procurement hub and India’s world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing base – supporting the supply of products into the Iraqi and wider Middle Eastern healthcare market.

Zaid Al-Kamoosi
Zaid leads Al-Bedaiah, the Shkara Group’s healthcare distribution arm with over 25 years of established operations in Iraq. Under his leadership, Al-Bedaiah has built a network of 3,000+ healthcare partners, a portfolio of 119+ pharmaceutical products, and a reputation as a trusted scientific bureau connecting international manufacturers with Iraqi healthcare providers. Zaid’s commitment to quality, regulatory compliance, and long-term partnership is the operational foundation of the Shkara Health vertical.
